TheDanube Island Festival 2025is just around the corner and promises to be a highlight of Vienna's event calendar. From theJune 20-22, 2025The Danube Island is once again transformed into a mecca for music and culture enthusiasts. This year there will be up to3 million visitorswho can look forward to an extensive program.
The festival covers an impressive area4.5 kilometer long routebetween the Nordbrücke and Reichsbrücke and is**100% free**, making it a popular destination for all ages. Organized by theSPÖ ViennaSince 1984, the event offers not only music, but also democratic topics and diverse entertainment.
A colorful program for everyone
With over1,000 artistsandover 600 hours of programThere is something for every taste on 16 stages. This year's motto "Your Island. Real Moments" underlines the focus on real experiences and memories. Sustainability and safety are top priority
