The first matchday of the new season in A-Class 1 already produced an exciting game between Eching and Althegnenberg. On August 10, 2025, the two teams played a 3-3 draw. In a heated match, both teams were strong offensively and missed some good opportunities. Eching's coach, Martin Neugebauer, described the draw as fair, which underlines the balance between the two opponents. Eching was able to turn around an early deficit in the first half before the half-time whistle when Philipp Roming scored the first goal for his team.
