Choose the new seating colors in the Museum Quarter!

Things are getting colorful in the creative heart of Vienna, in the Museumsquartier! From Wednesday, November 12th, all Viennese and art lovers are invited to vote on the colors of the new “Enzi” seating. This initiative was launched to actively involve visitors in the design process. The colors available to choose from are anything but ordinary: “Punschkrapfer pink”, “Leos sausage stand blue”, “Soda lemon yellow” and “Vanilla ice cream white”. Each of these shades has a connection to the Viennese lifestyle and has already been part of the image of the Museumsquartier in the past, as meinbezirk.at reports.

Voting ends on Wednesday, November 26th and will be conducted conveniently online at www.mqw.at/voting. Bettina Leidl, the director of the Museumsquartier, emphasizes how important this participation is, especially with a view to the celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the Museumsquartier in 2026. The place has established itself as a cultural center and meeting place over the years, and the new “Enzis” will further enrich the ambience from spring 2026.

Creativity and participation

The promotion is more than just a color choice; it is an expression of the city's creative soul. The Museumsquartier has always been committed to involving visitors in the design process. The colorful selection of “Enzis” once again underlines the connection to the city and culture of Vienna. “I invite everyone to cast their vote and be part of something big,” said Leidl. The new color palette should not only be aesthetically appealing, but also a symbol of the diversity and joy of life that define Vienna.

While everything in Vienna revolves around creative participation, there is also a wide world of news that impresses in other ways. In the USA, Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently in a rehabilitation program and has the option of having his sentence reduced by up to a year. The hip-hop mogul is actively involved in the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), NBC News reports. His commitment to his recovery and his goal of being a role model for others are at the heart of his efforts.

Outside the creative scenes

Combs, who was convicted of sexual assault, is currently at the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix and has been active in the prison band. Here he makes the best of his situation and shows other inmates how important personal change is. At his sentencing in October, he was harshly criticized for his abuse of power and control over women. Despite his struggles, Combs remained optimistic and began fostering his entrepreneurial skills through a course for fellow prisoners.

While Vienna plays with colors and invites people to participate, stories of personal growth and change are also afoot in the USA. No matter how different the contexts are, the topics of creativity, community and the opportunity for change are in the foreground.
