New residential project bona dea: Generations living in the heart of Vienna!

In Vienna, the new “Bona Dea” project is presented, which should bring a breath of fresh air to the housing market with its special concept of generation living. The Immocontract took care of the distribution of the ambitious project, which not only wants to offer modern living space, but also space for community. The project is located in the HAB-Die-Ehre-Gasse in the 22nd district of Vienna, and comprises a total of nine apartments in different sizes from 38 to 130 square meters.

The apartments in this brick massif are based on the highest standards regarding energy efficiency. These include heat pumps and a photovoltaic system that help the residents: to live more environmentally conscious inside. The prices start from 254,500 euros for a two -room apartment and reach up to 728,600 euros for the large six -room apartment.

a home for all generations

What distinguishes the concept of generation living? It enables the living together in a residential building and thus promotes die integration between young and old. A special feature of the "Bona Dea" project is the possibility of dividing apartments into sub-areas for families, which creates space for retreat and community activities. This type of living offers an ideal solution for multi -generation households and families with adolescents.

The trend towards cross -generational living has increased significantly in recent years. Many apartment seekers face the challenge of finding adequate living space that meets their needs. Especially single and working parents find support from the neighbors in generational living, who can, for example, act as "loan -large parents". So that is not enough - younger residents: Inside, senior: inside can help with everyday tasks, which strengthens social interaction.

create community feeling

The project in Habe-Ehrere-Gasse is not the only one that jumps on the generation living train. There are numerous similar initiatives in Vienna. For example, another project is implemented at Meißauergasse 2a that realizes age -appropriate apartments and shared apartments for older people. Such projects are urgently needed, because according to Statistics Austria, there will be about 2.6 million pensioners: inside in Austria.

A common nature of the generational residential projects is the implementation of community activities and planning meetings that help create a strong feeling of neighborhood before the apartments are made. This not only promotes social cohesion, but also enriches the life of everyone involved and creates a common home for everyone.

So

Vienna is well on the way to create a home for all ages with a wide range of generational residential projects and thus ensure the future of living. The “Bona Dea” project is another step in this future -oriented direction, which is both ecologically and socially sustainable.
