Shock at the perfect dinner: Patrick struggles without chocolate!

In the world of culinary entertainment, things sometimes turn out very differently than you think. There were several surprises in the current episode of “The Perfect Dinner”. Patrick, the creative mind behind the dinner, was inspired by historical female figures and wanted to offer his guests an unforgettable experience. Instead of a well-thought-out menu, however, there were a few mishaps that would mark the evening. Loud TV feature film viewers immediately noticed the shocking lack of a key ingredient that was essential to the dessert.

The starter featured oysters in their own stock with champagne and pastis, which was elegantly reminiscent of Marie-Antoinette. Patrick served fresh baguette with salted butter, which was particularly praised by Renate (51). The highlight of the main course was a veal ragout with capers, which was based on the tradition of Empress Maria Theresa. When Patrick explained the “oriental touch,” he referred to the historical influences from the Turkish siege in Vienna. But the splendor of the evening was darkened when the dessert, a semifreddo with chocolate sauce, was missing the main ingredient - chocolate.

Help from the guest

In a creative attempt to remedy the situation, Patrick improvised with a box of chocolates from guest Visar (33). He was understanding and helpful, which lightened the mood in the rather dazzling and yet strange episode. The chocolate sauce seemed a bit thick and was described as “like a ganache”. In the end, Vienna started with a mighty 30 points, which was a good, albeit challenging, result for Patrick and his team.

But it's not just in the kitchen where unexpected twists can occur. If you like to take care of your skin, you should perhaps also familiarize yourself with the world of facials. A facial is a special treatment aimed at improving the appearance of the skin and is offered in spas, med spas or dermatological practices, such as Everyday Health explained.

Variety of facials

There are a number of different facial types that include both massage and the application of topical creams. It should be noted that facials cannot replace a visit to the dermatologist. People with specific skin problems should first consult a professional to choose the appropriate treatment. Here are some of the popular types of facials:

  • Classic Facial: Fokus auf Exfoliation und Hydratation.
  • LED Light Therapy Facial: Regeneration durch Lichtwellen.
  • Microneedling: Für Aknenarben und feine Linien.
  • IPL Photo Facial: Behandlung von Hautverfärbungen.
  • Hydrafacial: Dreistufige Pflege für die Haut.

Each of these treatments has its own benefits and can help you look fresher and more radiant. Whether in the restaurant or in the spa, surprises are waiting everywhere - you just have to be ready to take them!
