Donzdorf triumphs 4:1 – on a par with league leaders Heiningen!

There was a lot going on in the Neckar/Fils district league last weekend. 1. FC Donzdorf defeated FV Vorwärts Faurndau 4-1 and is now level on points with league leaders Heiningen at the top of the league. This reported, among other things Fupa.

Donzdorf took the lead in the 21st minute through Patrick Gaugel. But the guests from Faurndau did not allow themselves to be discouraged and equalized shortly before half-time with a penalty kick from Samuele Runza. But that wasn't the end of the road for the hosts. Tolunay Gedik gave Donzdorf the lead again in the 49th minute and added his second goal in the 78th minute. Maximilian Gäbler finally scored the final goal in stoppage time and made it 4-1.

Competition remains exciting

However, the competition doesn't sleep: TSV Jesingen won 3-0 against TSG Salach and also demonstrated a strong performance on the pitch. Alexandre De Melo Figueiredo and Simon Benedict Kottmann got on the scoresheet, while Philipp Hausser received a yellow-red card in the 78th minute.

SV Kirchheim/Teck also had a lot to offer. In a high-scoring game they defeated Esslingen 5:4. Niklas Hannak gave Esslingen an early lead, but Kirchheim responded with three quick goals from Meksud Čolić, Manuel Lisac and Dorian Zylfijaj. Despite Esslingen's comeback, which was marked by second-half goals from Hannak, Hammerle and Weißenborn, it was Zylfijaj who scored the decisive goal.
