Art and Sound: Live Painting and Panpipe Concert in Vienna!
On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, art and music lovers in Vienna can expect a very special eventFIVE PLUS ART GALLERY. From 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. there will be an exciting live painting with the talented artist Monika Herschberger as well as a rousing pan flute concert by the renowned musician Andreea Chira. The musical performance begins at 7:00 p.m. and lasts until 7:30 p.m.
With her exhibition “INNER PULSE”, Monika Herschberger brings a range of paintings that are characterized by the states of emptiness and fullness and are strongly influenced by music. Born in Vienna in 1976, Herschberger studied painting at the Vienna Art School and at the University of Applied Arts and has been regularly represented in exhibitions since 2001. She has also been a member of the IG Bildende Kunst and the Kunstaspekt association since 2024.
The music is the focus
Andreea Chira, the first pan flute player to perform at the Vienna Musikverein with the SWDKO, will delight the audience with her crystal-clear sound and lively virtuosity. Chira, born in Bucharest, not only has a successful career in Austria, but also international appearances, including with orchestras such as the Salzburg Philharmonic and I Solisti Venezi. Her latest CD “Antonio Vivaldi – the Four Seasons” was released on the cpo label and shows her wide range of talent.
Chira is currently also active in other projects. Her concerts take her to Bad Elster, Linz and even international cities such as Florence, where she performs works by Morricone, Vivaldi and Arban. In Vienna she will also perform at the Christmas Concert in the Haus der Industrie and perform with ensembles such as the Austrian Chamber Soloists.

The exhibition “INNER PULSE” will be on display in the FIVE PLUS ART GALLERY until November 28, 2025. The gallery is open Tuesday to Thursday from 12:22 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Those interested in art can also sign up for the gallery's newsletter so as not to miss any news and events.
