Numerous highlights are on offer, including an art exhibition and a cabaret evening, both of which enrich the experience in their own way.

Lebenshilfe Wien will open the gates to the art exhibition in the Amthaus on Enkplatz on Tuesday, November 4th. This exhibition runs until Friday November 28th and is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 3pm. District leader Thomas Steinhart (SPÖ) has backed the event, which offers free entry. Visitors can look forward to works by talented Lebenshilfe artists. Visitors are cordially invited to the opening on November 4th from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., without prior registration. A meet & greet with the artists and culinary accompaniment by the Lebenshilfe cooking groups round off the opening.

“Herr Karl”: Cabaret in the Faith Church

On Saturday, November 8th, the Protestant Faith Church will become the stage for the cabaret “Der Herr Karl”. The performance is directed by Andreas Vitásek, one of the two actors, and is part of the cultural events accompanying the commemoration of the November pogrom in 1938. Tickets are available in advance for 19 euros, while they cost 22 euros at the door. Admission to the performance begins at 7 p.m.

The cabaret is based on a piece by Helmut Qualtinger and Carl Merz, which is in its fifth season and addresses current social issues, including phenomena such as anti-vaccination activists and state objectors. In the role of “Mr. Karl”, Vitásek will bring the discussion of the problems mentioned to life. The premiere of the piece took place on October 26, 2025 and interest in it is already high!
