The “TrIIIple” project is also notable, with prices ranging from 420,000 to 2,245,560 euros. Those interested can choose between apartments with 52 to 163 m² of living space.

The price range for new apartments in Simmering generally extends from 85,000 euros to the amounts mentioned above. For those who don't want to buy, rental prices start at around 900 euros. This range shows that there is something for different budgets.
