Vienna is getting a new, spectacular residential and cultural district, as the sale of 57 luxurious condominiums is now starting in the listed Funkhaus on Argentinierstrasse. How ad hoc news reported, the prices for this exclusive form of living are between 500,000 and 3 million euros. Architecturally, the project combines historical elements from the 1930s with contemporary living concepts, which not only improves the feeling of living but also preserves the flair of the city.
The Rhomberg Group, known for its innovative construction projects, is transforming the radio house and is focusing on sustainability and high quality standards. In the rear existing building, 22 apartments with wonderful views over the Theresianum's park-like garden are being built, while a seven-story wood hybrid new building offers 35 additional apartments. This modern structure uses the CREE construction, an innovative construction technology made of wood, concrete and steel that ensures that emissions are reduced and construction times are shortened, emphasizes CEO Hubert Rhomberg.
Environmentally conscious amenities and urban quality of life
The apartments are between 42 and 202 square meters in size and are characterized by high-quality furnishings. Fine wood floors with underfloor heating, walk-in showers in all bathrooms, as well as balconies and terraces invite you to enjoy the high quality of life in this sought-after location in the embassy district. Here, people not only care about living conditions, but also about the environment: geothermal probe fields and photovoltaic systems ensure energy-efficient heating and cooling technology.
