The interior design, designed by the AllesWirdGut office, relies on a clear and reserved style with natural materials such as stone, wood, cotton and linen. Cacti and palm trees are placed in the interior, creating a connection to the desert landscape.

A highlight of the hotel will be the planned green inner courtyard, which is called “Schani’s Oasis”. Here guests can relax and reflect - a truly calming place in the middle of the city. “At Schani City, the focus is on encounters instead of meetings,” emphasizes managing director Markus Marth, which illustrates the focus on human interaction and well-being.
The culinary offering also promises exciting experiences: a restaurant with Italian-inspired pinsa and freshly prepared lunch menus will be available to guests. Weekend brunches are also on the agenda. A take-away service and a bakery are also planned in the street-side area to cater to those who are in a hurry.
