A lot is happening in Vienna-Landstrasse: the “Village im Third” urban district is finally taking shape. The final construction phase has now been officially launched by ARE Austrian Real Estate and its partners. In total, around 2,000 will be built here by 20272,000 apartments, combined with a well-thought-out infrastructure that also includes commercial space, local amenities, childcare and educational facilities. A special highlight: Construction site 5, also known as the “Park Flats”, has already reached roof level. This is an important step towards the completion of a total of four residential projects along Otto-Preminger-Straße. This not only symbolizes progress, but also the project's roots in the neighborhood.

The new apartments offer a wide range oftwo to five roomswith sizes between 42 and 131 square meters. Almost all units are equipped with private open spaces, be it in the form of private gardens, balconies, loggias or roof terraces.
