Operators Kuba Jarosiewicz and Florian Schuch have made a name for themselves with 27 years of experience in the catering industry, including at the well-known Jägermeister company. Your goal? Inviting atmosphere and high-quality drinks at a fair price.

Bar Stœrt, located at Skodagasse 28, offers a price level that is below the typical high-end bars in Vienna. Cocktails cost around 12 euros, while comfort food, such as the popular Mac & Cheese, starts at just ten euros. Another plus point: the kitchen is open late into the night, which means you can still order warm food even at 1 a.m. “We want everyone to feel comfortable here – whether celebrating or having a cozy get-together,” emphasizes Jarosiewicz.

Color and pub flair

The unique color concept of Bar Stœrt immediately catches the eye. With bright tones such as pink, orange, petrol green and violet, the operators create a relaxed, yet lively atmosphere. “Every color has its specific function,” adds Jarosiewicz. A pool table in the restaurant invites interaction and promotes a sociable atmosphere. The dress code is just as relaxed: “Well dressed inside” – you won’t find any strict rules here.

But that's just the beginning. Exciting offers are already planned for 2026, including cocktail courses for end consumers and an expanded breakfast menu in order to integrate the bar even more into the everyday lives of Viennese people.
