These smart swimming goggles come with a transparent display on the right side that shows crucial performance data such as time, distance, pulse, pace and the number of strokes in real time. An integrated optical sensor for pulse measurement enables precise monitoring of the heart rate directly in the water.
The Smart Swim 2 Pro is paired via Bluetooth with devices such as the Apple Watch or Garmin sports watches to collect GPS data. A digital compass ensures that you stay oriented when swimming in open waters. The glasses are easy to operate thanks to two buttons, while fine adjustments can be made using a companion app on the smartphone. After the swimming session, users receive detailed analyzes directly in the app.
Functionality and security
Safety is the top priority when developing the Smart Swim 2 Pro. The lenses are made from durable Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which is not only scratch-resistant but also ensures high clarity in all water conditions. The special protective edge around the lenses provides additional protection against impacts and injuries, so there is no risk of breakage even if dropped from a height of 1.27 meters. That confirms form, because the lenses have passed strict tests according to ISO 18527-3:2020.
The glasses also impress with an anti-shatter film, which prevents small shards of glass from falling off if they break. These additional safety measures make the Smart Swim 2 Pro one of the safest swimming goggles on the market.
Beyond the product
The focus is particularly on the coaching functions, which are available as part of a subscription for 15 euros per month or 119 euros per year. New premium features include dynamic training plans and real-time viewing of intervals while swimming. From September onwards, users can expect intelligent feedback and targeted suggestions for improvement after every training session.
The price for the Smart Swim 2 Pro is 329 euros and the glasses will be available from August. Orders within the EU are processed without additional customs and import sales tax. The battery life of up to 14 hours ensures that ambitious swimmers can enjoy their training sessions for a long time.
