Donzdorf remains undefeated: Exciting results from the region!
The football scene in the region remains exciting and provides numerous highlights, as the most recent games show. TSV Weilheim/Teck in particular is doing well and grabbing important points in the promotion battle. With a narrow 3-2 win over Plochingen, the players secured another triumph, which positions them well in the league. Jannick Hoyler was the man of the evening, setting the stage for victory with a penalty kick shortly before half-time.
Felix Rueß, who was also in top form, increased the score to 2-0 straight after the break before Plochingen was able to reduce the deficit through Sebastian Munz in the 60th minute. But Rueß didn't let that deter him and made it 3-1 in the 62nd minute, before Christian Mohr added tension eight minutes before the end and reduced the score to 2-3. However, the Weilheimers didn't let that take away their butter and secured the three important points.
Dominance in the league
Another club that is currently doing well is SV Ebersbach/Fils. The team showed clear dominance with an impressive 3-0 win over TSV Denkendorf. Felix Weisl made a clear statement with a hat trick in the 40th, 43rd and 45th minutes and gave Denkendorf no chance to get back into the game.
TSV Oberboihingen also did not remain idle and celebrated a goal festival with a 6-2 win over Türkspor Nürtingen 73. Nikita Levenko's own goal started the encounter unluckily, but Marvin Schweizer and several of his teammates demonstrated Oberboihingen's superiority as the game progressed.
A look at the best
FC Donzdorf is currently leading the table, winning impressively 4-0 against TSV Berkheim. Josip Škrobić was there several times and scored two goals, while Melih Karahan contributed the third goal from a penalty kick. Tolunay Gedik also scored the final goal in stoppage time.
Not to be forgotten is the team from 1. FC Heiningen, who beat FC Frickenhausen 6-0 and also caused a sensation. Carmelo Trumino was the standout player, scoring twice in the first 13 minutes.
The current table shows that there is a lot going on this season. Unfortunately, SC Geislingen II remains without a point after the team suffered a bitter 9-0 defeat against TSV RSK. The goals conceded statistic of 53 after ten games speaks volumes.
