Record investments: 23.8 million euros for Vienna's living dreams!

Exciting things are happening in the Viennese real estate landscape: IFA AG has successfully placed two builder models within just a few weeks, which together have a total volume of 23.8 million euros. This high demand for residential construction investments shows that the region is still very popular. The OTS reports on the two projects at Delsenbachgasse 8 and Werndlgasse 9, each of which 100% were subscribed.

These models offer an attractive option for investors who want to invest in residential construction. A total of 34 affordable rental apartments will be built at Delsenbachgasse 8 by autumn 2027. At the same time, the project at Werndlgasse 9 is worth mentioning, where 27 subsidized rental apartments will become part of the ambitious “Tree City Floridsdorf” project. This extensive initiative aims to revitalize a 150-year-old settlement and create an “ecological village in the city”. The Trend also highlights that the “Baumstadt I & II” projects involve a total investment volume of 38.6 million euros.

Solid investments in the future

IFA AG has established itself as the Austrian market leader for real estate investments. With around 500 implemented projects in its company history, IFA has managed more than 8,000 investors and an impressive total volume of 4.1 billion euros since 1978. This shows that investors have a good hand when they rely on IFA. Just recently, 100% of the medium-term IFA Prime Investment “V33” was placed with a total volume of 65.6 million euros, which underlines the company's stable earnings situation. Furthermore, follow-up investments are already planned for next year at Werndlgasse 4, which will be possible from January 2026.

With the completion of three projects in Vienna and Graz, including “Wohnpark Liesing I & II” and “Puchstrasse 34”, the course has been set for positive development. Another building, “Breitenleer Straße 248” in Vienna, is scheduled to be finalized and handed over to investors and tenants this year. The Wohninvest confirms that around 300 new apartments will be built in the overall “Baumstadt” project by 2029. It remains to be seen what further steps IFA AG will take to continue to create sustainable housing options in the future.
