Vienna Tourism has published a digital travel guide that takes fans and the curious to eleven well-known filming locations from the film. This tour is integrated into the city guide app ivie and has now enjoyed 1.6 million downloads since its launch in 2020.
The app not only offers insights into the fascinating backdrops of the film, but also launched the “Before Sunrise Walk”. This is available in both German and English and invites you to discover the city through the eyes of Jesse and Celine. The filming locations include the iconic Ferris wheel in the Prater, the romantic Little Café and the mysterious Cemetery of the Nameless.
The stops on the tour
This is a highlight of the tour Vienna Ferris Wheel, where Jesse and Celine share their first kiss.
