New residential project in Margareten: 67 condominiums start!

A significant step has been taken into the future of living in Vienna today. At Siebenbrunnengasse 44, in the heart of Vienna's 5th district Margareten, the companies WINEGG and JP Immobilien held the official groundbreaking ceremony for a new residential project. 67 high-quality condominiums are planned to make living in the city even more attractive. The living areas of the elegant apartments range from approx. 30 to 220 square meters and offer the right home for every living situation. City apartments, garden apartments and luxurious penthouses with roof terraces provide a varied living environment.

The new apartments impress with their exceptional furnishings. From oak parquet in the living rooms to floor-to-ceiling windows that ensure light-flooded rooms, attention is paid to every detail. In addition, underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth in the colder months. The air conditioning in the attic apartments, integrated sun protection and a smart intercom system with app control are the modern extras that make life in these apartments even more comfortable.

Sustainability in focus

Anyone who cares about environmental protection will be pleased with the energy efficiency of the new building project. With an energy efficiency class A (HWB 21.76 kWh/m²a, fGEE 0.67) and energy supply through photovoltaics and district heating, the building sets new standards in sustainable construction. The project also has the DGNB pre-certificate in gold, which confirms ecological, economic and social sustainability. This means it joins the multitude of sustainable housing projects in Vienna that are becoming increasingly important.

Vienna is not only the most livable city in the world, as the “Economist” group has repeatedly emphasized, but also a pioneer in the field of sustainable living. More and more builders and real estate developers are focusing on such projects. The stable Viennese real estate market is unaffected by the challenging conditions and the demand for high-quality living space is continuously growing.

WINEGG's commitment to sustainable projects

Over the last 20 years, the WINEGG group of companies has made a name for itself as a developer of residential projects in Vienna. They implement both old buildings and modern new building projects and pursue a comprehensive sustainability strategy, which is proven by independent certifications. WINEGG is currently also busy with the “THE FUSION by WINEGG” project at Kettenbrückengasse 22, which includes 46 luxurious condominiums.

Another interesting project is at Arndtstrasse 50 in Vienna's 12th district, where 78 condominiums and two studios are planned. These are equipped with balconies, terraces or private gardens and thus also promise a high level of quality of life.

The move to Margareten shows once again that Vienna is not only a place with a high quality of life, but also a place for innovative, sustainable forms of living. This project is clear proof that modern living and environmental awareness can go hand in hand.

For everyone who values a future-oriented living situation, the new building project at Siebenbrunnengasse 44 offers both fantastic apartments and a life in one of the most livable cities in the world.
