Prices vary from 316,688 euros for a small 44 square meter apartment to 777,900 euros for the more spacious four-room apartment with 107 square meters, like Leadersnet reports.
The facilities leave little to be desired: In addition to open spaces such as gardens, balconies and terraces, future residents can look forward to an underground car park with 30 parking spaces.
