The start of two new residential projects is in the starting blocks and promises a harmonious combination of urban living and a quality of life close to nature. Glorit has announced an ambitious construction project that will be realized in Tamariskengasse. It combines modern, sustainable requirements with high-quality furnishings and is already being well received by potential buyers, as four out of ten units have already been sold, even though the market situation is currently challenging. In the spirit of contemporary living, the project offers apartments with two to four rooms, as well as generous open space with ground floor apartments that have private gardens as well as terraces on the upper floors and exclusive penthouse variants.

With 13,400 square meters of residential space and an additional 2,000 square meters for commercial use, the developer hasn't made things easy for himself. The targeted completion date is the end of next year, 2026.
