On November 4, 2025, the starting signal was given for a new residential building project in Vienna-Donaustadt. The laying of the foundation stone for the residential complex Arminenstrasse 4A–8 marks the beginning of an ambitious project that includes a total of 13 apartments.
The apartment sizes on offer vary from 56 to a generous 160 square meters, and potential buyers can expect prices ranging from 599,900 euros to 1,849,900 euros. The apartments are functional and offer space for different needs: from two- to five-room apartments, there is something for everyone.
