Chairman Peter Schrimpl is satisfied with the team's performance despite the challenges. “We can be very happy with 19 points,” he explains ligaportal.at.
Particularly noteworthy were the performances of goalkeeper Hadi Matidi and central defender Jovanovic Makko, who were crucial for the stability of the defense. In addition, young players from our own offspring took advantage of their opportunity and scored some important goals. “This shows that we can also rely on our talents,” enthuses Schrimpl.
Winter preparation and squad changes
Winter preparation is already underway and began on January 12th or 13th on artificial turf. In order to be successful in the second half of the season, the club is planning some squad changes. Two players will leave the club, while three to four new talents will be signed. “We want to make our team even more competitive,” continues Peter Schrimpl.
