Book presentation: Experience cultural urban development in Vienna!
On October 23, 2025, there will be an exciting event at Aktionsradius Vienna, Gaußplatz 11: the book presentation of "IM RADIUS - Pioneer Projects in Cultural Urban Development Vienna | 1988-2025". The event starts at 7:00 p.m., doors open at 6:30 p.m. The editor Uschi Schreiber will host the evening together with Ania Gleich and Suzie Wong. There will be special musical accompaniment from the trio Carl Majneri, Christoph Michalke, Jürgen Mitterlehner and Bernie Magenbauer, who will provide the appropriate musical setting.
The book, published by Promedia Verlag, looks at the cultural urban development in Vienna and highlights projects that have been launched since 1988. A price of € 37 for the book is requested, and registration for the event takes place at office@aktionradius.at. "In the radius", central aspects such as art, interdisciplinarity, participation, public spaces, culture of remembrance and discourse addresses.
