In Vienna, where housing construction is flourishing, a new and exciting project is in the starting blocks: thisVillage in the third. Around 2,000 apartments will be built on an area of over 11 hectares in Vienna's third district, between Otto-Preminger-Straße and Hilde-Güden-Promenade. The transport connections couldn't be better - tram, S-Bahn and subway stops are nearby, meaning Vienna's city center is easily accessible.
Vienna housing offensive 2024+
This innovative approach harmonizes wonderfully with the Vienna Housing Offensive 2024+, which was launched by Vice Mayor and Housing Councilor Kathrin Gaál. This offensive aims to successfully meet the challenges in the housing market, such as population growth and high construction costs.
