A fresh wind blows through the traditional Haberl & Fink inn in Walkersdorf. Hans-Peter Fink Jr. (26) and his wife Nina return to their parents' house and thus initiate a generational change. After over 100 years of family history, Hans-Peter Fink Jr. an exciting experience that he gained in renowned kitchens such as the 3-star restaurant Waldhotel Sonnora in Germany and the 4-toque restaurant IGNIV in Switzerland. Together with Nina, who has recently been certified as a sommelier by the “Court of Master Sommeliers” in Stockholm, they are investing new life into the well-known inn. Bettina and Hans Peter Fink, Hans-Peter’s parents, will continue to run the business as managing directors, but will invest more time in their “Fink’s Delikatessen Manufaktur”.
The newly designed menu combines international influences with traditional Austrian inn culture.
