Arrested abroad and repatriated to Austria
The Vienna public prosecutor's office reacted immediately to the serious offenses and issued a European arrest warrant against the Colombian. On July 13, 2025, the wanted man finally fell into the hands of the police in the Netherlands, and recently, on October 10, 2025, he was transferred to Austria. Despite the serious allegations, the accused remained silent during the interrogations and refused to make any statements.
