In the night of Wednesday, June 11, 2025, a 23-year-old woman in Floridsdorf was the victim of an attempted robbery. According to Kurier the incident occurred when the young woman came home. An unknown 20-year-old man grabbed her from behind and pressed her against a house wall while trying to snatch her cell phone.

But the 23-year-old did not give up. She defended herself with all my strength and called for help, which attracted two attentive neighbors. These hurried to the woman, separated them from the perpetrator and held him until the police arrived. The perpetrator was then temporarily arrested, and he is investigated against attempted robbery.
