New Staycity aparthotel in Vienna: Innovative living concepts for travelers!
Something exciting is happening at Wiedner Hauptstraße 52 in Vienna: JP Hospitality has given the starting signal for the construction of a new apartment hotel. The location, which was acquired by JP Immobilien at the end of 2019, covers an impressive area of approximately 5,665 square meters. The Irish Staycity Group will act as operator and brings its experience from other European cities such as London and Paris to this project. This will be the second Staycity aparthotel in Vienna, complementing the already established Wilde Aparthotel at Fleischmarkt.
The concept of the new hotel aims to appeal to both travelers and digital nomads. Various apartment variants are planned, ranging from compact units of 18.5 square meters to spacious two-room apartments of up to 32 square meters. This thoughtful design appeals to guests planning both short-term and longer stays of up to six months.
Modern amenities in focus
What can future guests expect? The new apartment hotel will be equipped with modern common areas, including a fitness area, co-working zones for business travelers and a 24/7 grab-and-go catering option. The location is ideal for getting there: the Taubstummengasse subway station is only a four-minute walk away, and various bus and tram lines stop right in front of the door. This ensures perfect accessibility and a suitable connection to the Vienna transport network.
Daniel Jelitzka, managing partner of JP Immobilien, emphasizes the strategic importance of the location and sees the project as confirmation of the stability of the Vienna apartment hotel market. Experts expect that the new aparthotel will boost the local economy and will certainly be well received by guests.
The official presentation of the repositioning of the Staycity brand is planned for the coming months. The combination of a sustainable concept and flexible length of stay should prove a good hand for the needs of modern travelers. It remains exciting to see how this project will develop and when the first guests can check in here.
