A nighttime robbery in Vienna on April 26th became an example of current crime in the city. At around 3:30 a.m., a 27-year-old man was attacked by a group of seven people in the city park, in the third district. Loud Today The attacks resulted in physical violence and dangerous threats.
The perpetrators stole the man's wallet and cell phone and then fled the scene. The 27-year-old did not initially report the incident to the police, but instead went to sleep after the incidents. It wasn't until the afternoon when he complained of pain that he finally got help. He called the emergency services and the police, who took him to a hospital for further treatment.
Investigations and suspects
After the attack, the Vienna State Criminal Police Office, Central East branch, took over the investigation. In the following days, three of the seven suspects were identified: a 17-year-old and two 18-year-olds, all Austrian citizens. Some of them confessed during their interviews and were ultimately reported at large. Further investigations are underway to catch the remaining perpetrators VOL.AT reported.
