TUI starts direct flights from Vienna to Bodrum – summer 2026 will be hot!
The anticipation of sunny beaches and turquoise blue skies is increasing: Tui has announced that it will offer a direct flight connection from Vienna to Bodrum from June 26, 2026. These new flights will operate every Monday until October 19, 2026 and promise Austrian holidaymakers an uncomplicated journey to one of Turkey's most attractive travel destinations.
Bodrum, also known as the “St. Tropez of Türkiye”, attracts with a charming old town, lively nightlife and a variety of all-inclusive offers. More and more travelers are drawn to this region on the Aegean Sea, which is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Tui's announcement is part of an expanded strategy that already includes many connections to popular Turkish destinations such as Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir, as reported by aviation.direct.
Strategic partnership with AJet
The launch of the new route is accompanied by a strategic partnership between Tui and the Turkish airline AJet. This cooperation not only enables direct flights from Vienna, but also increases capacity for the Austrian market and shortens travel time for holidaymakers. AJet will make Bodrum its new operating base and plans to offer regular charter and scheduled flights from European cities to the popular coastal region. Two weekly flights from Bodrum to London-Stansted, Nuremberg and Hamburg are planned for the summer of 2026.
