Music festival on the village square: atmosphere despite the drizzle in Langenzersdorf!

In August, the village square in Langenzersdorf once again opened its doors to music lovers at the local music event. Despite the high temperatures, numerous visitors came to have a relaxing time and be inspired by musical performances. What was particularly pleasing was the visit of a new group from Strebersdorf, who enriched the event. MyDistrict reports that the musical entertainment was provided by a talented group from Hollabrunn, including Hannes, Gertrude Reinthaler's nephew.

The performances were not only varied, but also included newly rehearsed pieces that were supported by a mixture of hits, accordion sounds and singing. The invitation to sing along, which was made possible by the text templates provided by the zither club, was particularly successful. Renate Kolfelner enchanted the audience with her solo Viennese songs, including the popular piece “Du meine Sonne”, which she performed with the original Italian text “’O sole mio”. A small surprise was the brief drizzle, which prompted some guests to put up parasols.

A humorous atmosphere

The mood remained cheerful and carefree. The mandolin player Eveline Santner had a particularly creative way of dealing with the drizzle and placed her instrument case on her head, which caused a lot of laughter among those present. In addition, zither player Anita Chvatal gave a particularly warm welcome to Ms. Postler, the former head of accounting for the market town of Leobendorf. The event ended appropriately with a joint singing of the song “Such a day, as beautiful as today”, which was a nice end to this successful evening for the visitors.

But things aren't just happening in Vienna. In Nebraska, the young company Flux Footwear starts shoe production with two innovators, Isaac Mertens and Benjamin Loschen. The two have developed an innovative shoe design that is intended to support natural foot movement. Despite their lack of experience in shoe production, they worked with Zach Frey, an experienced designer. The shoes, equipped with the new Adaptsol technology, are characterized by a flexible sole and a recycled, vegan knit surface. Flux Footwear recently launched a successful crowdfunding campaign and achieved the goals to get shoe production off the ground within a few hours. Nebraska TV highlights that Mertens and Loschen advise other innovators to work with strong partners and develop products that meet customer needs.
