This includes, among other things, a photovoltaic system on the roof that secures the energy supply, as well as the use of groundwater for cooling in summer and heat pumps for heating in winter. Such measures help minimize the ecological footprint and ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

But that's not all. The hotel's courtyard and lavender facade actively promote biodiversity, while rainwater harvesting and consistent recycling are firmly integrated into the sustainability concept. What does the implementation of sustainable principles look like in practice?
